Alina Ghiță

Alina Ghiță is the Human Resources Director of Lactalis Romania Group since 2023. She coordinates human resources of all legal entities of Lactalis Romania Group, being responsible for creating the national human resources strategy and for implementing specific initiatives for the organization. Alina manages the company’s human capital to have the right people in the right place with the best skills.  Alina studied Communication and Human Resources Management and has a valuable professional experience of over 16 years in pharmaceutical and retail industries.
